PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder amino acid mixed seasoning containing no chloropropanol or the like, having no need for displaying amino acid mixed soy source or the like on a product and having excellent taste and flavor, a manufacturing method therefor, a powder amino acid mixed seasoning for brewing food and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a powder amino acid mixed seasoning containing, based on total amino acid weight, alanine of 35.0 to 45.0 wt.%, arginine of 1.8 to 2.2 wt.%, glycine of 44.2 to 51.8 wt.%, sodium glutamate of 9.0 to 11.0 wt.% as a powder form. The powder amino acid mixed seasoning is manufactured by mixing amino acids in above described composition range.
