PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning enabling everyone to season a food simply, rapidly and deliciously.SOLUTION: The herb salt providing flavor and perfume only by salt is obtained by mixing a herb essence extracted by a steam distiller with salt, evaporating the water and mixing herb soup obtained by separately condensing a water solution before compounding various kinds of herb powders with the salt.
