The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating inflammatory and allergic diseases containing a complex extract of Raphanus sativus L., Momordicae grosvenori Swingle and Juncus effusus L. var. decipiens Buchen. as an active ingredient. The extract of the present invention has excellent anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-asthmatic effects such as inhibiting formation of NO, TNF-a and IL-6 cytokine secreted from macrophage after LPS stimulation, inhibits emission of -Hex and formation of LTC4 secreted from mast cells, inhibiting formation of IgE, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 in a bronchoalveolar lavage solution of an asthma animal model induced from ovalbumin and inhibiting formation of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 in lung, thereby being usefully used for preventing and treating inflammatory and allergic diseases.본 발명은 내복자, 나한과 및 등심초 복합추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증 및 알러지질환의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 추출물은 LPS 자극 후 대식세포에서 분비되는 NO, TNF-a 및 IL-6 사이토카인의 생성을 억제하고, 비만세포에서 분비되는 β-Hex의 방출과 LTC4 생성을 억제하며, 오브알부민으로 유도된 천식동물모델의 기관지 폐포세척액에서 IgE, IL-4, IL-5 및 IL-13의 생성을 억제하고, 폐에서의 IL-4, IL-5 및 IL-13의 생성을 억제하는 등 항염, 항알러지 및 항천식 효과가 우수하므로, 염증 및 알러지질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
