To provide a production method for solidified matter capable of performing casting or the like without using a mold.SOLUTION: A production method for solidified matter comprises: a visualization step where a wave motion is fed out to visualize a foundation part made of the temporary rise of a melt on the surface of a melt (m); a contact step where the tip of the foundation part is contacted with a coolant (c); and a drawing-up step where the coolant after the contact step is drawn up along a desired passage. The feed-out of the wave motion to the melt is carried out by a wave-making machine having a wave-making part such as a wave-making board and a control part capable of controlling the driving of the wave-making board. According to this production method, the cost and period required for the production of a frame mold can be reduced, and can perform production at a low cost in a short time (period) even in the case of a single item and a low production small-lot product without limiting to mass production products. This production method can be utilized not only for a metal casting method and a resin molding method, but also, e.g., for a molding method for food products such as a chocolate and a candy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A【課題】鋳型を用いずに鋳造等を行える凝固物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、波動を送出して溶融物(m)の表面上に溶融物の暫定的な盛り上りからなる基礎部を描出する描出工程と、基礎部の頂部に冷却体(c)を接触させる接触工程と、接触工程後の冷却体を所望の経路に沿って引き上げる引上工程とを備える。溶融物への波動の送出は、造波板等の造波部と造波部の駆動を制御できる制御部とを有する造波機によりなされる。本発明の製造方法によれば、枠型の製作に要するコストや期間を削減でき、量産物に限らず一品物や少量生産物であっても、低コスト、短時間(期間)で製作可能である。本発明の製造方法は、金属の鋳造方法や樹脂の成形方法のみならず、食品(例えば、チョコレートや飴等)の造形方法等にも利用可能である。【選択図】図1A
