PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having a rich taste and an improved sharp taste, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The beer taste beverage according to the present invention is characterized in that: the extract content derived from wheat is 0.72 g/100 cmor less it contains water-soluble dietary fibers and it contains acid taste substance by 325 to 972 ppm in terms of citric acid.
