PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having deepness and whose richness is improved, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a beer taste beverage containing a wheat-derived component and a water-soluble dietary fiber, having a purine body content of 1.1 mg/100 mL or less and containing an acidity substance of 325 to 805.7 ppm expressed in terms of citric acid. Also provided is a method for producing a beer taste beverage where, in any step of the production process, a wheat-derived raw material and a water-soluble dietary fiber are contained, the content of a purine body in the final product is controlled to 1.1 mg/100 mL or less, and an acidity substance is contained in such a manner that its content in the final product reaches 325 to 805.7 ppm expressed in terms of citric acid.【課題】コクがあり、キレが改善されたビールテイスト飲料及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るビールテイスト飲料は、麦由来成分と水溶性食物繊維を含有し、プリン体の含有量が１．１ｍｇ／１００ｍＬ以下であり、クエン酸換算で３２５～８０５．７ｐｐｍの酸味物質を含有しているビールテイスト飲料。また、本発明に係るビールテイスト飲料の製造方法は、その製造工程中のいずれかの段階で、麦由来原料と水溶性食物繊維を含有させ、最終製品中のプリン体の含有量を１．１ｍｇ／１００ｍＬ以下とさせ、最終製品中の含有量がクエン酸換算で３２５～８０５．７ｐｐｍとなるように酸味物質を含有させる。【選択図】なし
