Provided is a treating method for scalp and hair of a subject, comprising the steps of: (1 ) warming the scalp of the subject at a temperature from 40 °C to 60°C for 10 to 20 minutes (2) cooling the scalp of the subject at a temperature from 4°C to 15 °C for 1 to 10 minutes (3) warming the hair of the subject at a temperature from 15 °C to 60°C for 5 to 15 minutes and (4) cooling the hair of the subject at a temperature from 4°C to 15°C for 1 to 10 minutes.Linvention concerne un procédé de traitement de cuir chevelu et de cheveux dun sujet, comprenant les étapes consistant : (1) à chauffer le cuir chevelu du sujet à une température de 40 °C à 60 °C pendant 10 à 20 minutes (2) à refroidir le cuir chevelu du sujet à une température de 4 °C à 15 °C pendant 1 à 10 minutes (3) à chauffer les cheveux du sujet à une température de 15 °C à 60 °C pendant 5 à 15 minutes et (4) à refroidir les cheveux du sujet à une température de 4 °C à 15 °C pendant 1 à 10 minutes.
