PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sterilizing beverages in containers without causing deformation/breakage of the containers even during rise and drop of the temperature in a pressure chamber where the containers each charged with a beverage generating gas when heated are disposed, and to provide an apparatus.SOLUTION: This method includes the steps of: disposing containers sealed in a state of being charged with the beverage generating gas from the inside of the container when heated up to a temperature necessary to be sterilized in the pressure chamber raising the pressure in the pressure chamber so that pressure difference (M2-M1) between pressure (M2) in the container and pressure (M1) in the pressure chamber lies within a predetermined range raising the temperature (L1) in the pressure chamber up to a predetermined temperature to raise the temperature (L2) in the container so as to keep the container in the pressure chamber in the predetermined temperature for a predetermined period of time in order to sterilize the beverage in the container decreasing the pressure in the pressure chamber so that the pressure difference between the pressure in the container and the pressure in the pressure chamber stays within a predetermined range and decreasing the temperature in the pressure chamber to make the temperature in the container fall down.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】加熱時に気体が発生する飲料が充填された容器が配置された圧力室の温度昇降時であっても容器を変形・破損させることなしに、容器内の飲料を加熱殺菌する方法および製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】殺菌するのに必要な温度まで加熱すると内部から気体が発生する飲料が充填された状態で密封された容器を圧力室に配置し、容器の圧力(M2)と圧力室の圧力(M1)との間の圧力差(M2-M1)が所定の範囲内に在るように圧力室の圧力を上昇させると共に、圧力室内の温度(L1)を所定の温度まで上昇させて容器の温度(L2)を上昇させ、圧力室内の容器を所定の温度で所定の時間だけ保持することにより容器内の飲料を殺菌し、容器の圧力と圧力室の圧力との間の圧力差が所定の範囲内に在るように圧力室の圧力を下降させると共に、圧力室内の温度を下降させて容器の温度を下降させるようにする。【選択図】図2
