PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-filled beverage in which bubbling of the beverage when filling the beverage and leakage of the beverage in a conveying step can be prevented without degrading the flavor of the beverage bottled in a container, and the liquid surface is secularly elevated to satisfy a consumer when the container is opened, and a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION: By mixing inert gas in the beverage under the pressure by using a deaerator 3, deoxidation is executed. The deoxidized beverage is fed to a first heat exchanger 5, and heated at the temperature below the boiling point. Dissolved inert gas in the heated beverage is deaerated by a deaeration mechanism unit 6. The deaerated beverage is sterilized by a second heat exchanger 7 at a high temperature for a short time. Thereafter, the beverage is cooled to the filling temperature at the temperature close to the normal temperature by a third heat exchanger 8, and the cooled beverage is aseptically filled in the container by a filling device 10.
