PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fine hollow protruding object capable of holding down costs, and efficiently and continuously manufacturing a fine hollow protruding object.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fine hollow protruding object 1 includes a protruding part formation process for allowing a projected part 11 including heating means to abut from a side of one face 2D of a base sheet 2A formed by containing a thermoplastic resin, and for forming a protruding part 3 projecting from a side of another face 2U of the base sheet 2A by allowing the projected part 11 to pierce into the base sheet 2A while a contact portion TP in the base sheet 2A is softened by heat. The manufacturing method also includes a cooling process for cooling the protruding part 3 while the projected part 11 is allowed to pierce into the protruded part 3.
