The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a health tea by using a carrot and an apple and a health tea composite thereof. More specifically, the method comprises: a preparation step of collecting and preparing a carrot, with a size of 15-20 cm, and a properly ripened red apple a washing step of removing impurities on the surfaces of the carrot and apple a slicing step of slicing the washed carrot and apple a drying step of drying the sliced carrot and apple a heating step of heating the dried carrot and apple and a packing step of packing the heated carrot and apple in a tea bag. As such, the health tea is good for children to drink since the tea tastes sweet, the tea is effective for the prevention of influenza since the tea is helpful for the improvement of immunity and resistance, and the tea is effective for people who have a weakened respiratory system or a cold.
