The present application relates to a process for preparing an antibody composition from crude milk of a non-human mammal expressing said antibody in its milk, comprising the steps a) of precipitating raw milk with caprylic acid, b ) separation consisting of centrifugation or filtration through a filter in depth, and optionally c) filtration through a depth filter activated carbon. La présente demande concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition d'anticorps à partir de lait brut d'un mammifère non humain exprimant ledit anticorps dans son lait, comprenant les étapes a) de précipitation du lait brut à l'acide caprylique, b) de séparation consistant en une centrifugation ou une filtration à travers un filtre en profondeur, et optionnellement c) de filtration à travers un filtre en profondeur à charbon actif.
