PURPOSE: A cultivation method of ice plants using waste sea water, and the ice plants obtained therefrom are provided to remove a process of removing salt, and to offer minerals and various effective components inside the waste sea water to the ice plants. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of ice plants using waste sea water comprises a step of supplying the waste sea water to the ice plants planted inside a cultivation room for hydroponic-cultivating the plants. The cultivation room has the CO2 concentration of 400-600ppm, the O2 concentration of 25-30%, the temperature of 20-25 deg C, and the humidity of 60-70%. A culturing solution inside the cultivation room has the pH of 6.5-8, and the temperature of 25-27 deg C. The waste sea water is diluted with tap water to be supplied to the ice plants from a sowing step to a permanent planting step, and supplied to the ice plants without diluting from 60-65 after the sowing step until harvesting.본 발명은 아이스플랜트에 폐해수를 공급하여 수경으로 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이스플랜트의 재배방법을 제공하며, 상기 구성에 의하면 염분을 제거하는 공정이 필요하지 않고 폐해수에 함유된 각종 미네랄 및 유용성분을 함유한 아이스플랜트를 친환경적으로 대량으로 재배할 수 있으며, 특히 각종 미네랄류와 같은 기능성 물질의 함량을 극대화할 수 있어 고부가가치의 작물을 재배할 수 있는 폐해수를 이용한 아이스플랜트의 재배방법 및 이에 의해 재배된 아이스플랜트를 제공한다.
