The present invention relates to a method for cultivating an ice plant, and more particularly, to a method for cultivating an ice plant in artificial soil composed of vermiculite and coco peat. The method for cultivating the ice plant according to the present invention comprises the steps of: sowing ice plant seeds in a raising seeding tray of artificial soil in which coco peat and vermiculite are mixed at a mass ratio of 2:1； spraying water to the raising seeding tray in which the seeds are sowed, and planting ice plant seedlings in the artificial soil when two to four leaves are out； spraying salt water containing 1-5 g of salt with respect to 10 L of water onto the ice plant seedlings 10-15 days after planting； and harvesting the ice plant 80-90 days after the sowing of the ice plant seeds. In the method for cultivating the ice plant, it is preferable that after the ice plant is planted in the artificial soil, temperatures be maintained in a range of 20-25°；C to cultivate the ice plant. According to the present invention, the ice plant is cultivated in artificial soil which is suitable for growing the ice plant, thereby increasing the germination rate of the ice plant and also improving the growth of the ice plant.본 발명은 아이스플랜트 재배방법에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 질석과 코코비트로 된 인공토양에 아이스플랜트를 재배하는 방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 아이스플랜트 재배방법은 코코비트와 질석이 2:1의 질량비율로 혼합된 인공토양의 육묘트래이에 아이스플랜트 종자를 뿌려주어 파종하는 단계와； 종자가 파종된 상기 육묘트래이에 물을 뿌려주면서 잎이 2 내지 4장 되면 상기 인공토양에 정식하는 단계와； 정식하여 10 ~ 15일 경과 후 물 10L를 기준으로 소금 1~5g이 함유된 소금물을 상기 아이스플랜트 종묘에 뿌려주는 단계와； 상기 아이스플랜트를 파종하여 80 ~ 90일 경과 후 수확하는 단계를 포함한다.또한, 상기의 아이스플랜트 재배방법에 있어서, 상기 아이스플랜트를 상기 인공토양에 정식한 후 20 ~ 25℃의 온도를 유지하여 상기 아이스플랜트를 키우는 것이 바람직하다.본 발명에 의하면 아이스플랜트의 생장에 적합한 인공토양에서 아이스플랜트를 재배하므로 아이스플랜트의 발아율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 아이스플랜트의 생장을 높일 수 있다.
