PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grape cultivating method enabling harvest of a large amount of grapes excellent in quality in a short time. SOLUTION: This grape cultivating method comprises fix planting a plurality of grape trees at an interval of 10-90 cm to make a plant row, laying along the plant row tubes to supply water containing manure component to the roots of the grape trees, setting a rain-cover to prevent rain from falling on the ground edge surroundings of the grape trees, and supplying water of an amount according to a growing period from the tubes to grow the grape trees. It is preferable to control to≤500 L per tree, a total amount of water to be supplied from the tubes between a bleeding period after the second year of fix planting to a deciduous leaf starting period of the same year, and control to≤20 g per tree, a total amount of nitrogen contained in water supplied from the tubes between a bleeding period after the second year of fix planting to a deciduous leaf starting period of the same year.
