The present invention relates to a method for producing jelly drink, which comprises a step of mixing powder gelling agent and sweeter (I) to obtain mixed powder, and a step for dissolving the resultant mixed powder in water at a temperature of not more than 80℃. Accordingly, an apparatus for maintaining at a temperature of more than 80℃ is not required, no aggregate is occurred.
