In addition, a unique off-taste (egg) produced by using hesperidin, high-intensity sweetener and citric acid in combination can be suppressed by including 4 VG in the beverage.Selection drawing None【課題】本発明の第1の目的は、ヘスペリジンの異臭(絆創膏様の異臭)が抑制された容器詰ヘスペリジン含有飲料、及びその製造方法等を提供することにある。また、本発明の第2の目的は、ヘスペリジンと高甘味度甘味料を併用することによって増強されたヘスペリジンの異臭(絆創膏様の異臭)が抑制された容器詰ヘスペリジン含有飲料、及びその製造方法等を提供することにある。また、本発明の第3の目的は、ヘスペリジンと高甘味度甘味料とクエン酸を併用することにより生じた特有の異味(エグ味)が抑制された容器詰ヘスペリジン含有飲料、及びその製造方法等を提供することにある。【解決手段】ヘスペリジンの異臭は、特定量のクエン酸を飲料に含有させることによって抑制することができる。また、ヘスペリジンと高甘味度甘味料を併用することによって増強されたヘスペリジンの異臭も、特定量のクエン酸を飲料に含有させることによって抑制することができる。また、ヘスペリジンと高甘味度甘味料とクエン酸を併用することにより生じた特有の異味(エグ味)は、4VGを飲料に含有させることによって抑制することができる。【選択図】なし
