The control unit grasps a lot size, a stock number and a detention number of noodle masses. The control unit replenishes insufficiency of the stock number by detained noodle masses when the detention number is one or more, and the stock number is insufficient. The control unit supplies noodle masses to the noodle mass supply system so as to increase the stock number when the detention number is 0, and the insufficient number of the stock number is a prescribed number or more.
