PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug or food for safely improving lipid metabolism in persons having excessive blood lipid or liver fat, capable of enhancing improvement of lipid metabolism through decreased absorption and accelerated evacuation of fat by dietary fibers.SOLUTION: There is provided an enhancer of lipid metabolism improving effects combining dietary fibers with an organic germanium compound expressed by formula (1).
