PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide concentration regulating apparatus which artificially generates a carbonated spring.SOLUTION: In a carbon dioxide regulating apparatus, a carbonic acid generator comprises two pressure vessels 1, 20 in communication with each other through a communicating tube 6C. The carbonic acid generator is a carbonated spring generator that has a carbon dioxide gas in an upper space in one of the pressure vessels and has a mode of storing warm carbonic acid water in a lower part thereof. Warm water is ejected against a warm water surface within the one pressure vessel from the upper part of the pressure vessel so that collision agitation is allowed to occur on the liquid surface to absorb carbon dioxide gas in the liquid. When the inside of the pressure vessel is filled with the warm water, the water level within the other pressure vessel communicated through the communicating tube is increased in conjunction with the filling of the warm water and, further, the level of a float 6 present within the other pressure vessel is also increased.
