PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can lightly operate opening/closing of jetting a carbonic acid mixed cosmetic water to the facial skin and adjusting of jetting of carbon dioxide gas as a user always watch the face by a mirror as it is.SOLUTION: A lever type operating part is provided on a spray body S having a nozzle for jetting the carbonic acid mixed cosmetic water, jetting of the carbonic acid mixed cosmetic water by carbon dioxide gas from the opening/closing from a flexible hose P. A circular adjusting knob 17 rotatable operable is provided above it of a vertical type bomb storing box X for storing a storing carbon dioxide gas supplying bomb, to adjust jetting of carbon dioxide gas to the flexible hose P.
