The present invention relates to a powdered soap composition. To this end, the powdered soap composition is composed of powdered soap for removing waste from skin, acid powder, and sodium bicarbonate powder which produces carbon dioxide as water reacts with acid powder on the skin from which waste is removed through a reaction between water and powdered soap.
