PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble-carbonate generator to be used for a bathtub or the like which is provided with a gas-liquid mixing tank usable in common for generating or producing microbubbles of air and carbonate spring.SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixing tank 1 comprises a closed type mixing container 11 and is provided with a water jetting nozzle 141 for jetting water to a bathtub, a gas jetting nozzle 142 for jetting carbon dioxide gas, a water level detection member 62 for detecting the upper limit water level Lu and the lower limit water level Ll of the mixing container 11, and a collision member 15. The jetted water 161 come into collision against a collision plate 151 to stir air-dissolved water 13 or carbon dioxide-dissolved water 13. When the air-dissolved water 13 is produced, air-mixed water is supplied to the water jetting nozzle 141.
