DEVICE OF LONG-TERM FRESHNESS KEEPING CONTAINER AND WAREHOUSE FOR SUCH AS VEGETABLE, FRUIT AND GRAIN WITH RELIABLE SAFETY USING SYSTEM OF AIR PURIFICATION OF SUPERFINE WATER AND CULTIVATION ENVIRONMENT IN NATURAL WORLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that eliminates the need for an outdoor machine by combining a conventional air heat source system with the function of a water heat source system as waste heat processing from a refrigerator for keeping freshness of such as vegetables, fruit and grain, the device that enables long term freshness, and a method and the device that greatly reduce air conditioning loss energy.SOLUTION: In a freshness keeping space, cluster water is sprayed in a contaminated air containing carbon dioxide and ethylene gas for keeping vegetables in the same cultivation environment as the natural world. Contaminated microparticles-containing water with the carbon dioxide and ethylene gas attached to the cluster water along with air, and waste heat air from a condenser 20 of a refrigerator 30, are taken in a suction pipe and sent out to an inlet chamber 5. The cluster water is sprayed in an air purification compartment 7, and attached to the carbon dioxide and ethylene gas contained and remaining in the air in the air purification compartment 7, which are precipitated as the contaminated microparticles-containing water. The fresh air obtained by removing the carbon dioxide and ethylene gas is emitted to the freshness keeping space.【課題】野菜・果物・穀物等の鮮度保持として、冷凍機からの排熱処理として従来の空気熱源方式を水熱源方式の機能を兼ね備えることにより、屋外機が不要となる装置、長期鮮度が可能な装置、および空調損失エネルギーを大幅に減少させる方法とその装置を提供する。【解決手段】鮮度保持空間に野菜等を自然界の栽培環境と同様にする為に二酸化炭素、エチレンガスを含む汚染空気中にクラスター水を噴霧し該クラスター水に、二酸化炭素、エチレンガスを付着させた汚染微細粒子含有水を空気と共に且つ、冷凍機30の凝縮器20からの排熱空気を吸込管に取り込み、吸込室5へ送出させ空気浄化室7内においてクラスター水を噴霧し、空気浄化室7内の空気中に含む残った二酸化炭素、エチレンガスと付着させそれらを汚染微細粒子含有水として沈殿させ、二酸化炭素、エチレンガスの除去された新鮮空気は、鮮度保持空間に放出させる。【選択図】図1
