PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated water manufacturing device which can manufacture, in a short time, carbonated water containing highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas dissolved with a small amount of carbon dioxide gas, and is also free from clogging.SOLUTION: This carbonated water manufacturing device comprises (1) a pressurizing part 1 for supplying water under pressure, (2) a gas injection part 2 for injecting the carbon dioxide gas into water, (3) a pressurized dissolution part 3 which can dissolve the carbon dioxide gas into water by pressure supplying the water containing the injected carbon dioxide gas with the help of the pressurizing part 1, and (4) a pressure reduction part 4 which can reduce the pressure of the carbonated water containing the carbon dioxide gas dissolved by the pressurized dissolution part 3 to an atmospheric pressure level successively from the inflow side toward the outflow side of the carbonated water. The continuous supply of the carbonated water to the pressure reduction part 4 is achieved by continuously operating each part, i.e. the pressurizing part 1, the gas injection part 2 and the pressurized dissolution part 3.
