PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soda water manufacturing method that achieves high solubility of carbon dioxide gas, as well as a soda water manufacturing device capable of carrying out the method with a simple and inexpensive constitution.SOLUTION: A soda water manufacturing method is for manufacturing soda water by storing water in a pressure-proof container to a predetermined water level, making an inside of the container airtight, and then injecting carbon dioxide gas into the stored water. During injection of the carbon dioxide gas, a pressure of an upper space formed on a water surface of the stored water is varied a predetermined number of times. Pressure variation of the upper space relies on atmospheric opening via a relief valve. A soda water manufacturing device 1 comprises an airtight possible pressure-proof container 2 having a water injection pipe 31 and a supply pipe 41, a water level sensor 6 disposed in the pressure-proof container and detecting a water level of the stored water, a nozzle 5 for injecting the carbon dioxide gas into the stored water, a relief valve 72 communicating with the upper surface of the pressure-proof container, and a plurality of guide plates 22 continuously formed in a vertical direction along an inner peripheral surface of the pressure-proof container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】炭酸ガスの溶解度が高い炭酸水製造方法を提供すると共に、その方法を簡易かつ低コストな構成で実現可能な炭酸水製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】まず、炭酸水製造方法は、耐圧容器内に水を所定水位まで貯留すると共に、容器内を気密にした後に、貯留水内へ炭酸ガスを注入して炭酸水を製造する方法において、炭酸ガスの注入過程時に、貯留水の水面上に形成された上部空間の圧力を所定回数だけ可変させるものである。上部空間の圧力可変は、リリーフ弁による大気開放によるものとする。炭酸水製造装置1は、注水管31と供給管41を備えた気密可能な耐圧容器2と、該耐圧容器内に配置して貯留水の水位を検知する水位センサ6と、貯留水内に炭酸ガスを注入するノズル5と、耐圧容器の上部空間と連通させたリリーフ弁72と、耐圧容器の内周面に沿って上下方向へ連続して形成した複数の案内板22と、から構成する。【選択図】図1
