PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spraying carbon dioxide-mixed cosmetic water, where a user can lightly manipulate opening and closing of when jetting carbon dioxide-mixed cosmetic water to face skin, and can adjust a jet of carbon dioxide-mixed gas, while the user constantly looks at his/her face in a mirror.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for spraying carbon dioxide-mixed cosmetic water, which is characterized as follows. A seal film 3a of a carbon dioxide gas supply cylinder B is penetrated by a jet tube 11 which is provided on a socket part 5. In an erect type cylinder housing box X which consists of an upper cylindrical body 1 and a lower cylindrical body 2, the carbon dioxide gas supply cylinder B is hidden and housed. By manipulating an adjustment knob 17, which is provided on the outside of the upper cylindrical body 1, to rotate, a jet amount of the carbon dioxide gas is adjusted.
