PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical formulation of new type which allows the controlled release of an agrochemical active compound.SOLUTION: The method for producing a coated powdery agrochemical comprises (1) a process of stirring/mixing a powdery agrochemical with a silicone oil, (2) a process of stirring/mixing the obtained mixture with a first liquid raw material (x) being a raw material for a thermosetting resin (x), (3) a process of mixing the obtained mixture with a second liquid raw material (x) being a raw material for the thermosetting resin (x), (4) a process of reacting the first liquid raw material (x) with the second liquid raw material (x) with stirring/mixing to give an inner core in which the powdery agrochemical is solidified with the thermosetting resin (x), and (5) a process of successively or simultaneously adding a first liquid raw material (y) and a second liquid raw material (y) being raw materials for a thermosetting resin (y) to the obtained inner core, reacting the first liquid raw material (y) with the second liquid raw material (y) while stirring/mixing and coating the inner core with the thermosetting resin (y).COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】農薬活性化合物を徐放化することのできる新しいタイプの農薬製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】(1)粉状農薬にシリコーンオイル添加し、攪拌・混合する工程、(2)得られた混合物に熱硬化性樹脂(x)の原料である第1液状原料(x)を添加し、攪拌・混合する工程、(3)得られた混合物に熱硬化性樹脂(x)の原料である第2液状原料(x)を添加する工程、(4)次いで攪拌・混合しながら該第1液状原料(x)と該第2液状原料(x)とを反応させ、粉状農薬を熱硬化性樹脂(x)で固めた内核を得る工程、並びに(5)得られた内核に、熱硬化性樹脂(y)の原料である第1液状原料(y)と第2液状原料(y)とを、同時又は順次添加し、攪拌・混合しながら該第1液状原料(y)と該第2液状原料(y)とを反応させ、該内核を熱硬化性樹脂(y)の被膜で被覆する工程;を有する被覆粉状農薬の製造方法。【選択図】なし
