(a) The process is a process of preparing an oil phase containing a fragrance material having at least an aldehyde group, and polyisocyanate. (b) The process is a process of preparing a water phase containing an emulsifier. (c) The process is a process of preparing a solution dissolved with polyfunctional amine. (d) The process is a process of adding the oil phase to the water phase, and stirring to emulsify. (e) The process is a process of adding the solution obtained by (c) to the emulsion. (f) The process is a process of heating and stirring the emulsion obtained by (e) to form a microcapsule.
