The present invention relates to rice in a lotus leaf package and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically to rice in a lotus leaf package and a manufacturing method thereof comprising the steps of: stirring sticky rice, sticky African millet, sticky black rice, sticky Chinese millet and cooking rice with them； mixing the cooked rice with various kinds of nuts including sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dried grapes, and cranberries which contain high quality nutrients； packaging the rice with lotus leaves which are scalded by salt water then rapid freezing the outcome.본 발명은 연잎밥 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 찹쌀, 찰수수, 찰흑미, 찰기장 등을 교반시켜 밥을 짓고, 지어진 밥에 양질의 영양소를 포함한 아몬드 슬라이드, 크랜베리, 건포도, 해바라기씨, 호박씨, 호두 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 견과류를 넣어 교반시키며, 이러한 밥을 소금물에 데친 연잎으로 포장하여 급속 냉동시킴으로써, 언제든지 냉동고에서 꺼내어 간편하게 섭취할 수 있으며 또한 연잎이 가지는 각종 영양성분들을 고르게 흡수시켜 건강에 좋은 웰빙식으로써의 역할을 할 수 있는 연잎밥 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
