PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage having sufficient foamability and also having satisfactory texture of foam in both of a gas layer and a solution layer.SOLUTION: Provided is a foamable beverage containing no milk, in which the content of protein is 0.1 to 1.4 wt.% and the content of fat is less than 1.1 wt.%.
