The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cucumber extract beverage containing ingredient of medicinal herbs and a cucumber extract beverage manufactured by the same and, more specifically, to a cucumber extract beverage and a method for manufacturing the same, which provide a beverage using cucumber as the main ingredient and can improve palatability and marketability by enhancing the taste and flavor from various herbal ingredients.
