The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of detoxified sulfur, which is applicable for production processes of agricultural products or livestock fodder； and more specifically, to the manufacturing method of detoxified sulfur which comprises: a first sulfur mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing a filtrate of loess suspension and sulfur； an impurity adsorption step of adding activated carbon and iron salts to the sulfur mixture manufactured through the first sulfur mixture manufacturing step； a second sulfur mixture manufacturing step of mixing the sulfur mixture, which has removed impurities through the impurity adsorption step, with hexagonal water； an additive addition step of adding organic germanium and herbal medicinal materials to the sulfur mixture manufactured through the second sulfur mixture manufacturing step； a neutralization step of filtering the sulfur mixture having passed the additive addition step with a filter and adding Salicornia herbacea salts to neutralize； and a heating step of heating the mixture that has completed the neutralization step. The detoxified sulfur manufactured through said processes not only has high purity and a simple manufacturing process, but also contains abundant nutrients necessary for growing animals and plants by using a filtrate of loess suspension, hexagonal water and herbal medicinal materials.
