CONSTITUTION: An abdomen fomentation device manufacturing method comprises: a raw material melting step(S101) of melting by throwing raw ore including lava-stone in a blast furnace； a impurity removal step(S103) of eliminating impurity floating on the fused raw material surface； a raw material cooling step(S105) of putting impurity removed raw material into a cooling frame； a pulverizing step(S107) of pulverizing the frozen raw material into pieces using a pulverizing device； a compression molding step(S109) compression-molding the pulverized raw material using a high-pressure press； and a sintering step(S111) of sintering the raw material.본 발명은 원적외선을 방출하는 복부찜질기 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 용암석(LAVA STONE)이 함유된 원석을 용광로에 투입하여 용융하는 원료용융단계, 용융된 원료 표면에 부유하는 불순물을 제거하는 불순물제거단계, 불순물이 제거된 원료를 냉각틀에 넣어 냉각하는 원료냉각단계, 냉각된 원료를 분쇄기를 이용하여 분쇄하는 분쇄단계, 분쇄된 원료를 금형에 넣고 고압프레스로 압축성형하는 압축성형단계 및 압축성형된 원료를 가마에 넣고 소성하는 소성단계를 포함하여 이루어지며, 전원을 공급하거나 충전과정 없이 전자레인지를 이용하여 약 2분간 가열하면 약 1시간 정도의 복부찜질이 가능한 특징을 타나낸다.
