PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition for a display element, with which a cured film excellent in optical transparency and reliability is formed, to provide the cured film and a method for producing the same, and to provide a semiconductor element and a display element.SOLUTION: A radiation-sensitive resin composition for a display element containing a polysiloxane [A] having at least one of a group of formula (1) and a group of formula (2) and a photoacid generator [B] is prepared, a coated film 2 thereof is formed on a substrate 1, a part of the coated film is irradiated with a radiation ray 4, and a patterned coated film 2' is formed by development. A cured film 6 is formed by heating the coated film 2', and is used for configuring a semiconductor element and an organic EL element.
