<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a needle-like body by which a tip angle and height of the needle-like body can be easily controlled and the needle-like body can be highly accurately and integrally molded into an array shape. <；P>；SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the needle-like body, by exposing a resist layer from a transparent substrate side, the need of high-grade positioning is eliminated and only the resist layer corresponding to the part of a groove provided by etching is selectively exposed.
