<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microneedle which has high degree of freedom in design of the distal end shape of a microneedle. <；P>；SOLUTION: By continuously grinding the distal end part of a linearly arrayed remaining structure in a line direction by grinding work, the distal end parts of respective unit needles are worked for each column, and the inclination angles of the distal end parts are accurately arranged in the unit needles with each other within the same column. Further, when grinding the distal end part of the remaining structure, by controlling the angle of contact between the grinding blade of the grinding work and the remaining structure, the acuity degree in the distal end shape of the microneedle to be manufactured is controlled, and the microneedles having various acuity are properly manufactured.
