<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like body manufacturing method capable of suitably manufacturing a needle-like body in a complicated shape provided with a vacancy inside the needle-like body and a groove or the like on the side face of the needle-like body. <；P>；SOLUTION: In this needle-like body manufacturing method, needle-like body division parts are formed by exposing a light curable resin solution using a photofabrication apparatus, and the needle-like body division parts are bonded outside the light curable resin solution.
