The manufacturing method comprises: a step (1) of extracting a cervi parvum cornu slice with hot water； a step (2) of secondarily extracting the primary extract obtained by the step (1) with a 90% aqueous ethanol solution； a step (3) of tertiary extracting the secondary extract obtained by the step (2) with the 70% aqueous ethanol solution； and a step (4) of ultra-fine filtering the tertiary extract obtained by the step (3), and acquiring the composition for cervi parvum cornu acupuncture.
