PURPOSE: A red ginseng concentrate with enhanced and regulated immunity is provided to enhance immunity, anticancer and anti-stress activities in human body, to reduce cholesterol in plasma, and to prevent and treat various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a red ginseng concentrate with enhanced and regulated immunity comprises: a step of putting red ginseng and alkali water into an extractor and preparing primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary extracts； a step of filtering the extracts； a step of concentrating the extracts at 500-600 mmHg and preparing soluble red ginseng ingredients； and a step of mixing the primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary soluble red ginseng ingredients. The alkali water contains 2000 cc of water, 100 g of magnesium chloride, 200 g of potassium chloride, 100 g of D-sorbitol, 200 g of white sugar, and 600 g of potassium carbonate.
