The secondary purification system is a bio-floating bed purification system including aquatic plants. The tertiary purification system is a purification system including biological brushes. The system organically combines the eco-bases, bio-floating beds and biological brushes, and treats nutrient-rich substances in the culture water with the thought of complex treatment to achieve an effect of purifying the culture water.
