The present invention relates to a ginseng composition comprising psicose, and to a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the ginseng composition: masks the bitterness and smell of ginseng； improves the aftertaste, feeling of refreshment, and swallowing of a ginseng product； and reduces calories by reducing the amount of honey and the content of vegetable cream.
