PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an ophthalmologic examination apparatus capable of detecting whether a predetermined site to be examined can be correctly observed or not on the apparatus side.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic examination apparatus includes: an examination optical system including an anterior eye part observing optical system 56 for observing an anterior eye part of an eye 2 to be examined an optical system moving mechanism 95 for rotatably moving the examination optical system based on a designated examination condition and an observed relative angle calculating part 113 for calculating an observed relative angle which is an angle between an eye axis of the eye 2 to be examined observed and an optical axis of the anterior eye part observing optical system 56 under the examination condition based on the information obtained from an anterior eye part image of the eye 2 to be examined observed in the anterior eye part observing optical system 56 under the examination condition.
