PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle whose boiling time is drastically shortened as compared with a grooveless noodle, and which is in no way inferior to the grooveless noodle in appearance, eating quality and palate feeling after cooking.SOLUTION: In this grooved noodle, the maximum diameter of the cross section of a noodle strip is 1.2 mm-3.0 mm, and the main outer shape thereof is a circle or an elliptical arc.
