PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for baked confectionery for suppressing migration of oil and fat component in oil and fat-containing baked confectionery, especially, confectionery combined with other oily food, and to provide baked confectionery using the oil and fat composition.

SOLUTION: This oil and fat composition for baked confectionery contains in the whole oil and fat, &ge50 wt.% of oil and fat obtained by random ester-interchanging an oil and fat compound containing 30-70 wt.% palm oil low melting point fraction. It is possible to suppress migration of oil and fat component by a simple method using the oil and fat composition for the baked confectionery.
