PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calibrate a center frequency and an amplitude level of a YIG tunable filter.SOLUTION: A filter calibration device includes a noise generator 19 which outputs a calibration signal including a center frequency of a variably tunable filter part 14 comprises a YIG tunable filter selectively passing an input signal by limiting a frequency band thereof; a frequency information acquisition part 16 which acquires frequency information by analyzing the calibration signal from the noise generator 19 input through the variably tunable filter part 14; and a control part 20 which calculates a deviation amount by comparing frequency information of the calibration signal as reference frequency information with the frequency information acquired by the frequency information acquisition part 16, and adjusts and controls the center frequency of the variably tunable filter part 14 so as to cancel the calculated deviation amount.
