The present invention provides a non fermented beer-like beverage having been suppressed outstanding acidity and having beer-like acidity despite being produced without passing through a fermentation step. The present inventions are a non fermented beer-like beverage containing gluconic acid and phytic acid, the above non fermented beer-like beverage further containing phosphoric acid, either of the above beer-like beverages having the concentration ratio of phytic acid to gluconic acid ([phytic acid concentration] /[gluconic acid concentration]) in the range of from 0.10 to 0.70, and either of the above beer-like beverages further containing soybean peptide.本發明提供一種雖然不經由醱酵步驟而製造,但抑制酸味之突出,具有與啤酒相似之酸味的非醱酵啤酒風味飲料。本發明係一種非醱酵啤酒風味飲料,其含有葡萄糖酸及植酸;如上述記載之非醱酵啤酒風味飲料,其進而含有磷酸;如上述任一項記載之非醱酵啤酒風味飲料,其中植酸相對於葡萄糖酸之濃度比率([植酸濃度]/[葡萄糖酸濃度])為0.10~0.70之範圍內;如上述任一項記載之非醱酵啤酒風味飲料,其進而含有大豆肽。
