PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mixed tea beverage in which a production facility is simplified, production time is shortened and mixed tea rich in flavor is obtained without substantially impairing original taste of each tea leaf.SOLUTION: The longest extraction time is determined as an extraction time of the mixed tea among a plurality of extraction times of a tea leaf used and when extraction is carried out, at first, the tea leaf in which the extraction time is longest is charged into water for extraction and the tea leaf in which the extraction time is secondly longer is successively charged so that the charging time is delayed by the difference from the extraction time of the tea leaf already charged.COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO【課題】実質的に各茶葉の持ち味を損なうこと無く、製造設備もシンプルで、製造時間も短縮され、香味豊かな混合茶を得る混合茶飲料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 使用する複数の茶葉の抽出時間の中で最も長い抽出時間を混合茶の抽出時間とし、抽出に当たっては、先ず、最も抽出時間の長い茶葉より抽出用水に投入し、続いて次に抽出時間の長い茶葉を順次投入し、その投入時期が、先に投入した茶葉の抽出時間との差分だけ遅らせて投入する。
