The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Lindera obtusiloba boiled salt. The manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises steps of preparing 0.1-2% of boiled salt water, obtaining a Lindera obtusiloba extract using boiled hot salt water as a solvent, and then concentrating and drying the same. The Lindera obtusiloba boiled salt prepared by the manufacturing method according to the present invention has superior antioxidative effects, collagen synthesis effects and anti-inflammatory effects compared to Lindera obtusiloba hot water extract or boiled salt.
