The invention provides a method for preserving crispness of a stuffed food, mainly comprising the steps of: finishing preparation of a crispy food body; placing a stuffing in a disposable collapsible member; and injecting the stuffing disposed in the disposable collapsible member into the food body by a user before the user eats the food body.
